Teacher/Interim (Special Education) (Beginning Immediately through January 2025)

 

The Interim Special Education Teacher is responsible for providing instruction to special needs students and maintaining required paperwork at federal, state, and local levels.  The applicant should demonstrate strong communication skills and a desire to be a collaborative teammate with others in the school. The Interim Teacher is responsible for all duties outlined in the Greeneville City Schools Teacher Job Description (see link below)  This is a Temporary Full-Time Position and does Not Include benefits.

 

The starting rate for this position will be $225/Day.  Contact Human Resources at 787-8000 (Option 1) with any questions.  

 

Applicants must have a current valid educator license with appropriate endorsement. They must have strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Must have satisfactory background/fingerprint checks as required by the Tennessee State Department of Education and state law. Must meet health and physical requirements.
